“The Lord had said to Abram, ‘Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you.’” Genesis 12:1 NIVUK When God called Abram, He didn’t hand him a map or show him the final destination. Noah, the man who obeyed God, built an ark, and preserved life through the flood, finds himself in a vulnerable moment. Genesis 9 tells us that after the flood, he planted a vineyard, drank too much wine, and lay uncovered in his tent. It’s a startling picture—God’s chosen man, exposed in weakness. One son, Ham,…

Many pastors and leaders fall into the trap of waiting for the “perfect” moment before stepping out into new ventures—planting a church, launching a ministry, or reaching a new community. But waiting too long often weakens our courage. Comfort takes root, safety becomes our idol, and slowly our missional edge dulls. The Kingdom does not…

The early Church was just like Jesus. Wild, untameable, riotous, dangerous, daring, and glory-filled! Shadows healed the sick. Miracles exploded like dynamite. World leaders were confronted, apostles were jailed, angels conducted hostage-release miracles, and it seemed a viral mission movement more than a club devoted to coffee and jumble sales! They met in private homes,…

I’ve done “Attractional Church” as a model for years. You know the type of church, right? We make it appealing, fun, not offensive, with good music, good coffee, and meetings that don’t lean into the prophetic or the supernatural too much. We use marketing strategies, social media, and hope to keep people engaged and comfortable…

At some point, the Wilderness Cry needs to turn into actionable wisdom. We cannot remain paralysed with frustration, grief, or loneliness. We need to bring all that pain to the cross, to the Holy Spirit of Wisdom, and the Eternal Guidance of Scripture. As we do, we begin to get glimpses of a future where…

Yesterday we began to look at the cry in many believers hearts at the moment. Do you resonate with any of these? Here’s the next cry: “Where Are The Fathers and Mothers?”The cry of loneliness comes not only from pews, but also from Pastors. Many denominations are becoming so large (again, big is better, right?!)…

Can you hear the groans, the cries, the prayers, prophecies, longings, hopes, and despairs of parts of the Church calling out in this season? There are some who have been led into the wilderness, and they are desperate, weary, frustrated, groaning, prayerful. As I look around me, I hear the sighing, groaning, and longing of…

As I write, it’s 2025, and much has taken place over the last five years. Prophecies are being fulfilled, God is on the move, and the new era really does seem to be breaking over the horizon like a fresh dawn. However, among the good news and new innovations, there is also a cry in…

An extract for The Divine Reset & Beyond: Order Your Copy HERE. How can we bring a young generation into the moving of the Holy Spirit, as promised in the book of Acts? I love these verses describing Moses having face-to-face encounters with God. I think they give us a good place to start: “Now…

“My own journey with media ministry began in 1997…” Those words could almost sound ordinary, but the encounter that followed was anything but. In a quiet apartment in Pensacola, God used a television broadcast to interrupt, call out, and prophesy into my life. A word delivered through a screen became a life-changing moment. That experience…

In Dr. Brian Simmons’ beautiful rendition of Jesus’ visit to Martha and Mary’s home, his Passion Translation of the Bible states: “As Jesus and the disciples continued on their journey, they came to a village where a woman welcomed Jesus into her home. Her name was Martha, and she had a sister named Mary. Mary sat down…

Here’s two key things he is exposing and cleansing right now: 1. Empire Building, Branding and Competition “God opposes the proud but shows favour to the humble.” – James…

As believers, we must never lose the ability to “clear the decks” and strike out a morning, day, week, month, or a long sabbatical to seek God and hear Him afresh. We cannot live on fast spiritual food, snatched between busy work—we must eat at the Father’s banqueting table. To give time to pray, listen,…
