From Prophecy To Fulfilment

Nate Johnston recently prophesied…

A week ago, while we were on our flight coming back into the United States, I heard the voice of the Lord say, “This is a season that you are about to shift from prophetic word to prophetic word, into fulfilment to fulfilment.”

I drifted off to sleep, then woke up hearing it again: “You’re going from prophetic word to prophetic word, into fulfilment to fulfilment.”

Then I heard Amos 9:13:

“The days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills.”

Instantly, my spirit began to burn, so I got my phone out and started writing these things down.

I hear the Lord saying, “The clock has shifted. The clock has shifted over the hope deferred, over My people who have been waiting like the Israelites in the desert, waiting for their promise, waiting for that which I had promised them to come to pass. Those who’ve been through the long and arduous years of contending and praying and standing and waiting, this is the season where you’ll transition from prophetic word to prophetic word, and instead enter into the hour of fulfilment to fulfilment.

There are promises that I have spoken over you many years ago that have not yet come to pass. Now,” says the Lord, “this is the season where you’ll step into fulfillment to fulfillment. For even on the world stage, you are about to see promises and prophetic words that I have spoken over the Church and over nations, and even things I uttered and decreed many seasons ago, you will also see this take place personally.

You’re stepping into a season right now where I’m going to rapidly accelerate you. The clock has sped up. The hour has shifted. The glass bowl has broken. There is a new hour upon you where I need to fast-track what I’ve spoken over you for the sake of what I’m wanting to pour out next. My people have been in a season of learning to fight, learning to contend, learning to grow muscle, and now,” says the Lord, “it’s time to bring to completion to what I’ve spoken over you.”

As I wrote these words down, I actually felt resistance in my own heart. I felt almost an “Ah, I’ve heard this before,” and the Lord really convicted me. Then I saw a vision. In the vision, I saw the casing of my own heart, and it was hardened to this to a degree. I thought, “What am I seeing?”

The Lord said, “Your heart has hardened to the fulfillment. It’s hardened to the receiving of the promise. You’ve become used to thinking through a survival lens and a poverty lens. But even right now, I’m breaking the toll of years of survival and hope deferred.”

That’s what I believe the power of this prophetic word is, that as you’re reading this, the Lord is breaking the hope deferred that’s become like a callous all around your heart.

He’s breaking the season of going from breadcrumb to breadcrumb and trickle to trickle.

The Lord says, “You’re going now from roar to roar, but it’s not just a roar of sudden breakthrough, but it’s a roar of a fresh decree coming out of the inside of you like a pent-up flood finally bursting forth that will destroy the grief that has been sitting like a sickness in your soul.”

For I keep hearing Habakkuk 2: “Write the vision, make it plain so the herald may run with it.”

I feel like the Lord is saying, “This is a season I need you to prophesy. This is a season I need you to come into alignment with my decree again, for you’ve stepped out of alignment with my prophetic words because you’ve not seen them come to pass. Now,” says the Lord, “partner with me again with the promise, because I’m about to take it from a trickle to a roar. I’m about to break open the dam walls that have been around you, preventing the provision, preventing the solutions, preventing the FINALITY and tangibility of My promise in your hands.”

Why do you think the war has been so incessant against you this year? Why do you think the witchcraft and warfare have mounted up on all sides? It is because the enemy does not want you stepping back into hope. Let me say that again: the enemy does not want you stepping back into hope.

The enemy does not want you to see the trees of life. The enemy does not want you seeing that tiny trickle begin to burst and begin to grow, because he knows that once you see that, your heart will grow with faith, and you’ll begin to step into the realm of the impossible you’ve not known before.

For there’s been an increase of authority, there’s been an increase of unction, there’s been an increase of zeal. But now, says the Lord, “I’m about to cause you to see the fullness of my Kingdom, for you’re stepping out of the season of living from manna to manna and prophetic word to prophetic word and are now entering into the years of fulfilment to fulfilment.”

So be it, in Jesus’ name!

Now lastly, I hear the Lord saying, “And won’t I just turn back the clock and restore the years the locust has eaten? Yes, I will!” [Joel 2:25]
