New Album Release…

New Album Release…

Iโ€™ve been waiting a long time to share this album.

Remarkably, itโ€™s my first album of new material since 2006.ย But these songs havenโ€™t appeared overnight. Over the last five years, theyโ€™ve been emerging in worship gatherings, concerts, livestreams and studio sessions. Some are carefully written new songs; others are spontaneous moments that simply happened while we were worshipping.

Together, they tell one story. The Altar.

Iโ€™ve become increasingly convinced that one of the great calls upon the Church in this hour is to rebuild the altar โ€” to create cultures of worship, prayer, surrender and devotion where the glory of God can dwell among us.

That longing runs through this entire record.

But thereโ€™s another reason this album means so much to me.

Iโ€™m making it with my son, Zach Cooper.

As well as Vickyโ€™s beautiful violin playing, Zach has brought his own songs, musicianship and creativity to the project, so in many ways this album represents one generation handing something precious to another โ€” while discovering that God is writing something new in both.

And perhaps nowhere is that more beautifully expressed than in King of Kings, Majesty.

This year marks 30 years since I wrote the song, and for this album Zach has created a completely new arrangement.

A song born in one generation, reimagined by the next.

So this album is more than a collection of recordings from the last five years.

For me, these songs are stones from an altar โ€” markers of encounters with God, moments of surrender, songs of hunger and expressions of a simple prayer:

Lord, rebuild Your altar among us.
And let Your glory dwell here.

You can pre-order your copy for just ยฃ10, however this offer ends 31st October 2026.

I canโ€™t wait for you to hear it.

Every Blessing

Jarrod Cooper
