Double Restoration
Dionne White recently prophesied…
In my time of prayer, I was reading through Psalm 27 and Psalm 118. These psalms have significant meaning to me. I was also reading through Job as part of my Bible reading plan for this year.
As I read, I began to pray for those of us who have suffered loss in one way or another over the last six years, particularly. I also prayed for the farmers who suffered loss from the winter storm this year. God reminded me that even in calamity and loss, He is still God and He is the restorer of all things. He takes what the enemy means for evil, and He turns it for good.
As I prayed, I felt the unction of the Holy Spirit come in power! A supernatural faith rose up in me to pray for a restoration of all things lost these past six years. I asked for Him to restore to His people double!
Double Restoration
We are not a people who just lay down and take what the enemy throws at us or what this life may dish out.
Recently, as I stepped up to a podium to speak to farmers at a prayer breakfast, I didn’t pretend that I understood what they had gone through or endured. However, I have lived through enough storms to know that we serve a God who is good and is a restorer of all things! I told them that we are a people of a Kingdom that cannot be shaken!
So today, if you are one of those who has suffered loss in one way or another over the last six years, I declare that God is going to restore to you what the enemy stole and meant for evil. He is going to restore to you what the locust and cankerworms have eaten, because of His love for you and His faithfulness. Even if your faith has waned, He promises to remain faithful because He is a covenant-keeping God.
We must remember this simple principle from His Word: He restored to Job double! He is a God that will never leave you nor forsake you!
James chapter 5 verse 11 says, “Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord—that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful” (NKJV).
Did you catch that? “The end intended by the Lord…”
Understand this: No matter what has been allowed or sent to you as a strategy from Hell to destroy you, the Lord is merciful and His end intended for you is abundant restoration!
This is our God! His intention, even for Job in the end, was restoration—abundant restoration.
Believe It, Receive It, Declare It!
Psalm 27:13–14 says, “I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
“Wait on the LORD; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on the LORD!” (NKJV)
I stand in agreement with you that He will restore to you double! Believe it, receive it, and declare it this day, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! I know I am standing and believing He will even restore to me and my husband double!
