Don’t Mess Up Your Pivotal Moment!

IT’S A PIVOTAL TIME and the enemy wants to mess up this moment, so you end up stuck in transition. Remember the movie “Groundhog Day” where Bill Murray ends up stuck in a repetitive cycle, until he learns his lesson? Don’t let that be you! Learn quick!

Guard Your Heart In The Tumultuous Waters

When everything is shaking, it’s easy to play become the victim, to blame leaders who leave, or strategies that change. Offence can take root. Unfulfilled expectations from man, can lead to relational breakdown. As the flesh rises, Kingdom momentum stutters to a halt for you.

So here’s what to do in this shaking time…

GUARD YOUR HEART from offence. Don’t align with demons in spreading fear, woe, negativity, rebellion against leadership, discouragement, defeat, or encouraging others to break away from God’s people.

THE DEVIL is doing all he can to turn you from the path towards your Promised Land and Time. It’s fierce. He’s playing ugly. Double down, press on, love twice as fiercely as he is trying to spread hate.

YOUR VOICE matters. Praise will change your atmosphere, but so will grumbling, venting, secret undermining conversations, sowing seeds of destruction in the Body. Praise will bring breakout, but a bitter spirit will lead to breakdown.

DON’T BE A VICTIM. Don’t let blame, disappointment, unfulfilled expectations, insecurity or shame steal your moment! Toughen up, be the bravest you, filled with love, confidence, forgiveness, making peace, building bridges, defending and protecting each other.

It’s been a long battle…

It’s been a long battle and you’re sore. A bit ragged. But you are stronger than you know. You would not have been led this way, if you could not bear it. God is showing you how much stronger you’ve become. You don’t need the reactions, sulks and sighs of “20-year-ago” you! You’re now bigger, better, so don’t revert back to old familiar flesh routines.

Stand up, shake off the offence, open your mouth and praise, heal, reach out, reach up and press on. This is not an ending, it’s the start of something REMARKABLE!

A prophet-friend of mine released a word recently, that ended: “There is no more time for self-sabotage. Self-sabotage is over. You’re on the altar of fire, you are on a new journey, so do not self-sabotage. Do not say, ‘This doesn’t look right and I’m afraid to take a step,’ or, ‘I don’t know what direction to go.’ Take that step and move forward in a new journey, but do not speak words of self-sabotage.”

Did you catch that last line – “Do not speak words of self-sabotage.”

Guard your heart. Guard your mouth. Guard your friendships, your leaders, your church. This is a very important time, and you matter greatly in God’s purposes. So don’t mess up your moment!

I will guard my heart above all else, for it determines the course of my life (Proverbs 4:23). I will not allow the enemy, distractions, or negativity to take root within me. My heart belongs to the Lord, and He fills it with His truth, love, and peace.

I declare that I will not be swayed by the opinions of others, the pressures of this world, or the deceit of the enemy. I set my heart on things above, not on earthly distractions (Colossians 3:2). My focus is on the Lord, and I will walk in His wisdom and discernment.

I chose to filter my thoughts, words, and actions through the truth of God’s Word. Whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and praiseworthy—these are the things I will meditate on (Philippians 4:8).

I proclaim that I will not allow bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear to take root in my heart. I release every burden, every wound, and every offense to the Lord. My heart is being renewed daily by the power of the Holy Spirit (Ezekiel 36:26).
