His POWER & GLORY – In You!

“And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.”

Just think of it. Jesus’ body lay in the grave—lifeless, still, cold. His cells had shut down. His organs were silent. His heart no longer beat its faithful rhythm. His lungs no longer drew breath. His brain carried no sparks of thought or awareness. The electrical current that once animated His humanity had gone dark. Blood no longer flowed. Muscles slackened. Flesh cooled. Everything that once moved, ceased. Death had done its work.

For roughly seventy-two long hours, His body remained that way. No breath. No pulse. No neurological activity. No movement. The kind of stillness only death can bring. How long can a human body survive without oxygen, without circulation, without the electricity of consciousness? Minutes—yet He lay there for days. Utterly, completely dead.

Then the Spirit of God came.

The glory of the Father entered that sealed tomb—not as a visitor, but as a conqueror. Not cautiously, but clothed in majesty. The Spirit rode in as Life itself—clouds beneath His feet, fire in His presence, blazing light in His eyes. Glory filled the tomb, wall to wall, until death had nowhere left to hide. The grave could no longer remain a tomb. It became a womb.

Life began to crackle. Power surged. Eternity touched time.

As glory flooded the darkness, cells in the Saviour’s body reignited one by one. What had decayed was restored. What had been broken was reassembled. His heart awakened—one beat… then another. Blood surged through veins and arteries with resurrected strength. His brain erupted with wave after wave of renewed life. Suddenly, He sat up. Grave clothes fell away. The first breath filled His lungs again.

He looked at His hands. Then His feet. The wounds were still visible—but they were scars now, not open trauma. Healing life flowed even through scar tissue. His body had been fully dead. Now He was gloriously alive. Death had been defeated. The grave had lost. This was not natural. This was SUPERnatural.

And here is the staggering truth: the same Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead lives in you.

The same Spirit who reignited dead cells, restored shattered flesh, healed trauma, and turned unspeakable loss into eternal victory is dwelling in you right now (Romans 8:11). The Spirit who conquered the grave has not retired. He still gives life—to bodies, to minds, to weary hearts, to broken hope. Resurrection power is not a distant doctrine; it is a present reality.

You are not powerless. You are not abandoned. You are hosting the very presence that literally turns death into life. You should be braced for power to fill your life!

No situation is too dead. No season too far gone. No wound too deep. Resurrection power is at work in you today—quietly, steadily, gloriously—bringing life where death once ruled (Romans 8:11; Ephesians 1:19–20).

Believe & Confess Meditation & Declaration

I declare that the Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead lives in me and gives life to my mortal body (Romans 8:11). I believe resurrection power is at work in my weakness, renewing my strength and restoring my hope (2 Corinthians 12:9). I confess that nothing is too hard for the Lord and that His power is actively working within me (Jeremiah 32:17; Ephesians 3:20). I declare that Jesus is the resurrection and the life, and His life is flowing through me today (John 11:25). I believe that even what bears scars is being filled with healing and glory by the Spirit of God (Isaiah 53:5; Romans 8:11).
